Generation Park

Trans-Global Solutions is constructing the South Regional Detention Pond for McCord Development, Inc. on behalf of Harris County MUD 402. The scope of work consists of but not limited to:

• Excavating 24,000 CY out of the Inflow channel and lining with Concrete Slope Paving, including grade beams, weep holes, toe walls, headwalls, and backslope swale interceptors
• 4,971 LF of backsloping swale excavation and grading including shaping of maintenance berms
• Install 321 LF of 9 x 8 Box Culverts
• Install 22,519 cy of a 2’ Clay Liner for side walls of the Detention Pond
• Installing 2,930 LF of 48” RCP and 7 Manholes for HCFCD storm water drainage
• Establish growth along the pond and disturbed areas
